1. Required documents

Please download the required documents to be provided and sent by post to the company’s address a copy of each with the original mandate

The signed original undertaking, and the reference receipt

Please download the undertaking, fill it, sign it, and then send the original with the original mandate by post to the company’s address

As for the companies, the authorized signatory on behalf of the company or of the legal mandatory must fill in the undertaking without reservation nor attainment

Please read the below clause to know how to register online (once the registration is done and you acquaint the “reference receipt”, you must download and send it to our e-mail).

- The taxpayer who wishes to register in the e-service must enter through the website of the Ministry of Finance www.finance.gov.lb to the tax page and press on the service of the e-tax system, fill in the adopted registration sample, and send it by mail

- After verifying the submitted information’s authenticity, a page will show the taxpayer the receipt of the Ministry of Finance of the registration request that includes the required documents in order to proceed with the registration process

- The Ministry of Finance will send an e-mail to the taxpayer’s e-mail to verify the address

- An e-mail will be sent to the taxpayer’s e-mail that includes his private number of the registration proceeding, in addition to the reference receipt that includes the company’s proceeding number specified to proceed the registration process in the e–services

- The taxpayer receives an electronic notice that determines the taxpayer’s services and information central division and mention in it a list of documents (e-Pin) a date to her visit and receipt of the required e-identification number

- The taxpayer or his official representative shows up to the taxpayer’s services and information central division at the specified date with the required undertaking and documents (and the taxpayer’s official mandate) to receive the e-keys, then the division will verify its authenticity before receiving it

- The user receives in a private sealed envelope the personal e-keys (e-Pin) that allow him to enter to the e-tax system
