To be able to carry out any service without the presence of the concerned party, you have to bring out an official mandate duly prepared and certified by the party requesting the service.
Once the mandate is written up, it will be sent by the express mail in addition to the original documents clearly specified for each service. (We advise you to send both mandate and documents together in the same mail).
If the mandate is all-inclusive, it remains valid until its termination by the mandatory. While, if it is determined by a specific service, its validity expires once the service is accomplished.
If the mandate you prepared includes all services (such as the mandate downloaded from the program when asking for a service), it is unnecessary to send it more than once when you ask for the first service with our company.
If you constrain the mandate with the concerned service, you will have to send a new specific mandate for the newly requested service if it is different from the previous one.
You may write up the mandate in any embassy or Lebanese consulate abroad, then you send it by the express mail to the company’s address in Lebanon (we advise you to download the mandate sample from the program that is valid for all services noting that you may constrain it with a specific service).
Simple transactions (real estate attestation/ affidavit demand, familial or individual civil status record, all types of tax payment…) do not need an original mandate and accordingly could be accomplished without any delegation or mandate.
For taxes, fees, provisions, and other payments services, and after collecting its value, we will contact you to inform you about it, and if you’re willing to pay it, we will send you the company’s bank account details so you can send the desired amount of money to send.
The mandate is to be used only when making the desired transaction, thus it has nothing to do with the mandatory’s money disposal.
Some official circle’s transactions especially at the Registry Office of Civil Status require the original documents only, that’s why they should be send by post (We advise you to send both mandate and documents together in the same mail).
Some services require obligatory documents necessary to allow the company to make the transaction and its absence may forbid us from serving you (it is clearly determined in each service that requires it), otherwise, we can provide the missing/lost documents for a specific additional charge depending on the service/document.
In this case, you may contact us by e-mail or telephone to provide you with the necessary assistance in order to accomplish the required service.
If the service isn’t even available in the “miscellaneous services” you can ask assistance and specify the kind of service and we will contact you to help in accomplishing the required service.
After filling the service form and achieving the purchase, your request will be registered, after receiving the documents you sent by post we will notify you, then we will put you in the picture about the situation of your transaction by emailing you, once your transaction completed, it will be sent to you by the express mail on the address you provided.
In this case, all you have to do is to press on “save information to proceed later” and the program will put your transaction on hold until you re-login to proceed.

If you choose to send through the company’s DHL account that allows you to benefit from low prices, we will send you a link to your e-mail address so you can be able to use our account for 24 hours then all you have to do is to fill the required field and DHL will contact you to take the documents from your address and deliver them to our address.
